Akkar Chark is a Moroccan real estate group founded in 2008. It has delivered several residential, commercial, and tourism developments across different regions of the Kingdom. The Group develops high-potential mixed-use projects that meet the needs and expectations of the Moroccan real estate market. Driven by multidisciplinary and experienced teams, and supported by a network of qualified professionals, Akkar Chark Group ensures deliveries that respect deadlines and quality standards. Its diversified offering — finished mini-villas, economic villas, mid-range and high-end housing, and mixed-use programs — enables it to serve all customer segments. As part of its 2025–2035 strategic plan, the Group aims to deliver 12,000 residential units, around ten hotel units, and several other commercial facilities.
